Administrative & Enforcement Monitor Reports (AB 179, 2015)

Per 2015-16 Assembly Bill 179, the Department of Consumer Affairs was required to appoint an administrative and enforcement program monitor, and required the monitor to monitor and evaluate the administrative process and disciplinary system and procedures of the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians of the State of California for a period of no more than 2 years, and submit reports as specified The bill required the board and its staff to cooperate with the program monitor.
